Please ask staff any time you purchased, and order where your bags to be sent. WHEEL CHAIR : Wheel chairs can be rent for free of charge inside our store. You can also make reservation of wheel chair rent on your request.

- Foreign tourists are eligible for a tax refund (5% consumption tax). Please note the following conditions for the reimbursement.
*Purchases made in one day at IZUTSUYA totals or exceeds 10,001 (excluding tax)
*Receipts from purchases at IZUTSUYA must be presented, along with your passport by the passport holder himself/herself (other forms of ID are not accepted).
*The tax refund does not cover consumable and expendables, such as food, cosmetics, and services.Prices merchandises at IZUTSUYA including the 5% consumption tax, which is later added at the time of purchase.
